1942: Wayne Jones Good Food and The Dentist
Wayne Jones purchased the Kuehl Grocery business from Bob Kuehl. He was a member of the Gloudeman and Gage Inc. shop in Appleton prior to moving to Neenah. Initially known as Wayne Jones Good Food, the store was later called Specialty Shoppe.
From this year until 1950, Dr. John A. Jern occupied part of the second floor of the building practicing dentistry.

1944: Specialty Shoppe, Dr. Jern, and Dr. Beglinger
Wayne Jones's Specialty Shoppe and Dr. Jern's dentistry still occupied part of the building. Between 1943 and 1944, Dr. Harold Beglinger also occupied part of the second level. He was an eye, ear, throat, and nose specialist and continued the practice in this building until 1952.
1948: Winnebago Sporting Goods, Dr. Jern, and Dr. Beglinger
Apart from the two doctors who occupied the second floor, Winnebago Sporting Goods also opened on the first level until 1950.
